Quality and results

The Municipality of Skurup performs a systematic quality assessment of its healthcare and welfare services. Through the continuous implementation of the quality assessment system, the Municipality is able to check up how the quality of the elderly care and care services for the disabled is perceived by the care recipients.

Surveys

By using different kinds of surveys, a continuous and systematic quality check is made, followed by a rapid feedback to the organization. The results are studied and evaluated at different levels and lead to improvement measures that are implemented by the respective units.

The results are presented in graphical reports that are published on the website of the Municipality of Skurup.
