Home health care

If you have difficulties visiting the district health centre, you can get help in your home with certain health care services. 

The tasks include:

  • handling medicines
  • tending to wounds
  • performing blood tests
  • rehabilitation
  • caring for terminally ill patients

Health care services 24–7

These services are administered by municipal nurses, occupational therapists and physical therapists. We can visit you at all times during the day and night, regardless of where in the municipality you live.

The municipal nurses collaborate with the Primary care, which is responsible for providing basic health care services.

If you wish to get access to home health care services, please contact the nurse in your area.
