The Municipality of Skurup has about 14,800 residents and is situated in the County of Skåne on the southern coast of Sweden, right in the centre of the dynamic Öresund region. Skurup offers a wide variety of commercial and public services as well as a good business climate.

In a ranking of the business climate, made by the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise in the year 2010, Skurup attained place No. 44 among Sweden’s 290 municipalities.

Skurup has excellent connections to Malmö and Ystad through commuter trains, arriving and departing every half hour during rush hours. By train you can also travel to Copenhagen.

From Skurup, it is easy to reach Malmö Airport and Kastrup as well as the harbours of Ystad and Trelleborg with ferry connections to Poland and Germany.
